The approach at AmeriMed Consulting is specific to our client's setting, goals and needs from large multi-hospital systems to community hospitals to rural facilities. We set the standard for medical staff development plans, community needs assessment, and other strategic tools - individualized, thorough and applicable. We provide clients with a detailed understanding of the current and potential state of healthcare in their service area and realistic recommendations based on their specific strategic goals.

With our assistance, healthcare leadership can more easily make staffing and expansion decisions based upon the accurate and specific information and trend setting data that we provide. We find, analyze, track and deliver the assessment needs that may often be hidden from casual observation, but are crucial to the success of your strategic plan.

AmeriMed Consulting employs unique methodologies that go beyond imprecise ratio models. We base our recommendations upon research into provider FTE patterns and level of experience, population health status patterns, the reputation of facilities within the community, perceived needs assessment, IRS/HHS legal compliance, client goals, and other factors.

Our principal focus is our client. When traditional office hours and schedules are not in the best interest of our client, we take the initiative to provide availability options for our clients. We employ state-of-the-art technologies that allow us to be in more than one place at the same time and function from anywhere on the globe. This means that availability and access may be outside of the typical office setting - we are able to meet the specific needs of our clientele and that is of the utmost importance to AmeriMed Consulting.

At AmeriMed our consultants have experience in physical staffing, demographic analysis, quantitative research, healthcare management and related fields. The knowledge accumulated by our consultants allows each of our team members to contribute more to a client than the simple presentation of data.
